Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person ABA services to a student in a school setting & home setting in Coral Springs & Sunrise, FL. This is an immediate need, and the ideal candidate should be available to work Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who have high communication needs and/or use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support in a school & home setting.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document accurate behavioral and skill-acquisition data.
• Follow individualized clinical recommendations and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Maintain a professional and supportive environment for the client.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with clients with high communication needs is preferred.
• Experience with AAC/communication devices is preferred.
• Ability to work in person in a school setting.
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.
• Successful completion of required background screenings.

• $500 performance-based bonus available after 90 days based on a performance score of 80% or higher.
• Safety Care Training provided by the Florida Clinical Director.
• Mileage reimbursement.
• Drive time is paid at $10/hour after 20 minutes.
• Background screening is required, including an additional screening required by the school.
