Registered Behavior Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role involves providing evidence-based behavioral interventions to individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, primarily focusing on improving their quality of life through personalized support. The RBT will work closely under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and support client progress. A valid RBT certification is required for this position, ensuring that all services are delivered with professionalism and adherence to industry standards.

Duties

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress accurately and consistently
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote skill development and behavior change
• Support clients in various settings, including homes, schools, or community environments
• Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency in intervention approaches
• Attend training sessions and supervision meetings to maintain certification requirements and stay current on best practices
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards related to client information

Skills

• Valid RBT certification is required for this role

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
