Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, hygiene, and meal preparation to promote independence.
• Collect and record behavioral data to monitor progress and guide treatment planning.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills using evidence‑based teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavior support strategies and progress tracking.

Requirements

• Understanding of ABA protocols, behavior management techniques, and special education strategies.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Proficiency in data collection, documentation, and behavioral health record‑keeping.
• Effective communication skills with clients, families, and team members while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards aligned with the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
• Home‑based behavioral experience is a plus, demonstrating flexibility across different environments.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and motivation to support client success through consistent behavioral intervention.

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
