Spin Family Partners is a locally owned ABA provider serving families throughout Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, East Cobb, Woodstock, Canton, Cumming, and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is dependable, professional, communicative, and genuinely passionate about supporting children and their families through individualized, compassionate care.

What You'll Do

As an RBT with Spin Family Partners, you’ll provide direct 1:1 ABA services to clients in home and community-based settings under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate session data, supporting communication and skill development, responding to behavior according to the client’s treatment plan, collaborating with supervising clinicians and maintaining professional communication with families and the Spin team.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience providing ABA services and a current RBT certification. The right fit will have reliable transportation, strong communication and documentation skills, dependable attendance, and a strong alignment with neuro-affirming, assent-based care.

Because our services take place in homes and community settings, applicants should also be comfortable traveling between client locations within our service area.

Schedule & Caseload

This position will begin part-time, with afternoon and/or evening availability preferred. We work to build consistent caseloads around both client needs and staff availability, and there is room to grow into a full-time role as our caseload continues to expand.
