Registered Behavior Technician

School of ABA is currently hiring multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the Orlando area.

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and motivated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The position is located in Southwest Orlando (32836), near the Dr. Phillips / Lake Buena Vista area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with the client's individualized treatment plan.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete required session documentation.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and other functional skills based on each client's treatment goals.
• Follow behavior intervention and safety protocols consistently.
• Communicate professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent client schedule.
• Comfortable working independently while following BCBA clinical direction.
• Ability to accurately collect data and complete session documentation.
• Compassionate, professional, and committed to helping clients make meaningful progress.
