Bloom Behavioral Healthcare is a home-based ABA therapy program dedicated to providing children and parents with the tools they need to function and thrive to the best of their personal abilities. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Competitive Compensation & Incentives

• Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (depending on experience).

• Sign-On Bonus: $300.00 for certified RBTs!

• $150.00 paid after 30 days of employment.

• $150.00 paid after 90 days of employment.

• Note: Must hold a current RBT certification to be eligible.

• Certification Incentive: $200 bonus for staff who pass their RBT certification, paid as $100 after 30 days and $100 after 60 days.

• Flexible Options: Full-time and Part-time positions available.

• Special Shifts: Evening and weekend shifts currently available for part-time staff.

RBT Responsibilities

• Provide structured one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children with Autism in home, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement individualized educational programs and behavior interventions designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track clinical data to monitor patient progress during every session.
• Promote the development of functional communication, social abilities, and daily life skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of session events through clinical software.

Requirements

• Certification: Current RBT Certification required for sign-on bonus.The company is prepared to provide training for the right candidate.
• Safety: Must possess current BLS CPR/First Aid certification-Preferred but not required but will need to be completed.
• Background: Must pass a comprehensive federal fingerprint background check.
• Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel to service locations.
• Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
