Most ABA jobs throw you into a home, hand you a clipboard, and disappear. Not here. At True Care Behavior, your cases get an average of 50% BCBA supervision - the industry standard is 5%. That means when a session gets hard, you've got a real person in your corner, not a voicemail.

We also have a dedicated RBT support team- a group of RBT who have been in the field for 3-5 years +. They've been in your shoes, and know how to support you best!

We're hiring 2 RBTs/BTs right now to provide in-home ABA therapy to kids with autism and other developmental disabilities across the Denver metro. First come, first serve - you could start as soon as next week.

The pay:

• BTs start at $23/hr - no experience needed, we'll train you
• RBTs start at $25/hr (certified)
• Experienced RBTs: $25–$30/hr
• First performance review at 3 months - and 90% of our staff earn a raise at that first review (based on attendance, data skills, taking feedback, and client progress). Reviews every 6 months after.

The schedule:
Flexible - looking for minimal weekday evening commitment (between 3-8pm). Part-time and full-time options available.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A reliable car + valid license (this is in-home work - you must be able to travel)
• Active RBT cert, OR willingness to certify within your first 45 days (we guide you through it)
• Experience with kids or individuals with special needs is a plus, not a must
• Dependability, punctuality, and genuine heart for this work

True Care Behavior was built to serve families who usually get overlooked - those with limited access to resources and support. We started in Las Vegas serving foster and low-income families, and we've brought that same mission to Medicaid families across the Denver metro.
