If you are not currently certified, we assist qualified candidates through the RBT certification process, including:

• 40-hour RBT training guidance

• Assistance navigating the BACB application process
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced supervisors

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBAs
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily documentation
• Utilize positive reinforcement and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive therapy environment
• Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, and caregivers regarding client progress
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred but not required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain patient, professional, and compassionate in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to complete the RBT certification process if not already certified

Schedule Options

Typical full-time schedules include:

• 8:15 AM – 4:00 PM
• 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Optional Saturday make-up sessions may also be available.
