Registered Behavior Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through behavioral health and therapy. Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support clients’ goals.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care routines.
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions to inform ongoing treatment plans.
• Support teaching and skill acquisition by reinforcing positive behaviors and guiding clients through structured learning activities.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to develop tailored behavior management strategies that promote safety and well-being.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages growth, independence, and confidence for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or working with children with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and accurately collect behavioral data during sessions.
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in helping individuals with autism or other special needs achieve their full potential.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; certification as an RBT is required or in progress.
• Ability to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, or weekends as needed to support client schedules. Join us in making a difference! Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.28 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
