Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans
• Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to support treatment goals
• Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing supervision
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and staff regarding progress and concerns

Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to session locations as needed
• Must pass background check and meet all state/federal requirements
