Registered Behavior Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Follow behavior intervention and skill acquisition procedures.
• Collect accurate and timely data during therapy sessions.
• Assist clients with communication, social, adaptive, academic, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior reduction strategies as directed by the BCBA.
• Maintain professional and appropriate relationships with clients and families.
• Communicate client progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Participate in required staff meetings, training, and supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services.
• Follow all HIPAA, safety, clinical, and organizational policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive treatment environment.
• Perform other duties related to client care as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

• RBT: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Winston-Salem, NC 27106 (Preferred)
