Registered Behavior Technician

Behavior Technician (RBT) | Neurodiversity-Affirming ABA | Memphis, TN

We don't work on people. We work with them.

Crescent Behavioral Consulting supports autistic kids, teens, and adults across the lifespan. Strength-based. Person-centered. Built on trust, not compliance.

What you'll do

• Run 1:1 sessions in home / community / school and anywhere else they need it
• Teach skills that matter in real life: daily living, communication, coping, friendship
• Support older clients with what most programs skip: boundaries, consent, internet safety, sexual education and safety
• Collect data, join team conversations, and grow alongside a clinical team passionate about disability advocacy

You'll love it here if

• You see behavior as communication
• You're comfortable with honest conversations, including with teens and adults
• You'd rather build a real relationship than run a script
