About Us

Radiant Steps ABA Inc. is a growing provider of high-quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and related developmental needs throughout Central Massachusetts. Our mission is to help children and families make meaningful progress through individualized, evidence-based treatment delivered in the home and community.

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team.

Position Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works directly with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Services are primarily provided in clients' homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions.
• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation promptly.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress and concerns.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision activities.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Ability to pass CORI, SORI, OIG, and SAM background screenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical direction.

Preferred:

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA, social work, or a related field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

License/Certification

• RBT Certification (Required)
