If you're interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), we offer a FREE 40-hour RBT training program to help you begin your career in ABA. No prior RBT certification is required—we'll help you get started.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
• Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Location: In-person sessions at our Oak Lawn center and in clients' homes within a 5-mile radius

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data and document client progress during each session
• Help children build independence and achieve meaningful treatment goals
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and fellow team members
• Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate standards of care

What We're Looking For

• Current RBT certification or willingness to become certified through our FREE 40-hour RBT training program
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• A passion for working with children and helping others succeed
• Experience working with children, autism, or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, patient, positive, and eager to learn

Schedule

• Preferred availability: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is highly preferred
• Flexible scheduling available
• We are open 7 days a week
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Schedules are created based on employee availability and client needs
