Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has at least 2 years of field experience, and is passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. This role is pivotal in delivering evidence-based ABA interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect and accurately record data on client behaviors and treatment progress
• Support clients in acquiring skills for daily living, communication, and social interaction
• Educate and support families on the use of behavioral strategies at home and in the community
• Work across multiple settings (e.g., home, school, community)
• Maintain clear and timely documentation and progress notes
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
• Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and effective care

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Active RBT Certification in good standing
• Must be a registered Medicaid provider
• Experience working in public school settings (strongly preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
• Familiarity with ABA methodologies and data collection systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care and continuous professional growth

Preferred but Not Required:

• Credentials or direct experience working within public school systems
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with educational teams
