Registered Behavior Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions. The RBT plays a vital part in supporting clients’ growth and development through structured therapy sessions, data collection, and personalized behavior plans. Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client's individualized treatment plan
• Conduct one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions with children and individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistency and clarity in therapy delivery
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills through direct behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts to ensure adherence to treatment goals and protocols
• Assist in maintaining a safe, supportive, and engaging environment during therapy sessions
• Apply your experience working with children, including school-aged clients, to enhance therapy effectiveness

Skills

• Prior experience working with children, especially in educational or therapeutic settings
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder
• Ability to implement behavioral interventions accurately and consistently
• Proficiency in behavioral data collection and analysis
• Experience working within school environments is a plus
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to client progress and well-being

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
