About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collecting and recording data on client progress
• Providing one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities
• Completion of a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysis (BCaBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
