Schedule: Flexible scheduling, with a strong need for afternoon availability from 3:00 PM–7:00 PM
Hours of Operation: 7 days a week, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Work Setting: In-person, including clinic and client home settings

About the Position

ACT – Autism Care Therapy is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team.

RBTs work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Our team helps children develop communication, social, independence, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change.

Schedule & Availability

We offer flexible scheduling 7 days a week, with operating hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

We are especially looking for candidates who are available for afternoon hours, particularly 3:00 PM–7:00 PM.

If you have availability outside of these hours, we are open to discussing a schedule that works for both you and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic and home settings
• Follow individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, caregivers, and team members
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Maintain confidentiality and follow professional and ethical standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per year
