Pillars Behavioral Health is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, dependable RBTs who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while being part of a supportive, fun, and encouraging team.

We are a Christian-owned ABA company, but you do not have to be Christian to work with us. Our families and employees come from all backgrounds and beliefs. Our faith influences how we operate as a company—we value love, joy, kindness, compassion, accountability, and treating people with dignity. We pray over our staff and families, but we do not require employees or families to share our beliefs.

Our goal is simple: create a supportive environment where you can do meaningful work, continue learning, and feel valued as part of a team.

Why You’ll Love Working at Pillars

We believe work should be meaningful and enjoyable. Being an RBT is hard work, and we want to make sure you feel appreciated, supported, and connected along the way.

At Pillars, we’re intentional about creating a positive team culture. Some of the ways we support and appreciate our team include:

  • 100% company-sponsored health plan with access to unlimited doctor visits, dermatology, mental health, nutrition, and other services for employees and eligible family members
  • Team field trips and activities throughout the year
  • Support chats where RBTs can ask questions, share ideas, encourage one another, and connect with their team
  • Fun groups and team chats designed to keep our staff connected and engaged
  • Dress-up days and themed activities to bring some fun into the workweek
  • Employee rewards program where team members can earn rewards and gift cards
  • Training and ongoing clinical support
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • A team that celebrates your wins and supports you through challenges

We want you to feel like you're part of something—not just an employee.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT with Pillars, you’ll work directly with learners while receiving ongoing support and supervision from experienced BCBAs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct ABA therapy to assigned learners
  • Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by your BCBA
  • Teaching communication, social, adaptive, academic, and daily living skills
  • Collecting accurate and timely data during sessions
  • Supporting learners in reaching their individualized goals
  • Implementing behavior intervention strategies as directed by your BCBA
  • Building positive and trusting relationships with learners and families
  • Communicating with your BCBA regarding learner progress, challenges, and successes
  • Participating in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development
  • Maintaining professional, ethical, and compassionate standards of care

You Won’t Be Doing This Alone

At Pillars, we believe RBTs should feel supported, valued, and equipped to do their jobs well.

You’ll have a BCBA overseeing your cases and a clinical team you can turn to when you have questions or need additional support. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and learning as you grow in your career.

We provide resources, training, and tools to help you feel confident implementing your learner's programs.

Who We Serve

We currently provide services in:

  • Texas – our primary service area
  • Colorado
  • Tennessee
  • North Carolina

We serve learners from 18 months through 21 years old and also have a dedicated program supporting Spanish-speaking families.

Your specific service area will depend on where learners are located and your availability.

Compensation, Hours & Location

We currently have part-time and full-time W-2 positions available.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, credentials, and position requirements.

Schedules are flexible and will vary based on learner needs and your availability.

Depending on the position and learner, services may be provided in the home, community, or other appropriate settings.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for RBTs who are:

  • Compassionate
  • Patient
  • Dependable
  • Caring
  • Open-minded
  • Positive and joyful
  • Accountable
  • Good communicators
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Willing to learn and receive feedback
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of learners and their families
  • RBT certification is required

Most importantly, we want people who genuinely care about the families they serve and want to be part of a company where people matter.

Interested?

We’d love to hear from you!
