JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work in the center Monday through Friday, between 11:45 am - 5:15 pm
• Work in the center Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (at least once a month based on client needs)
• Serve after-school clients in their homes or at center 3:00pm - 6:30pm (up to two days per week)
• Serve clients receiving in-home ABA (Within 10 miles of the center, when not working in the center)
• Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
• Record client data into the Central Reach program.
• Convert appointments into billing
• Write detailed SOAP notes
• Client material creation and preparation
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment.
• Maintains and organizes patient materials necessary for therapy treatment
• Probe targets and future programs of clients
• Reinforce staff for correct and motivated work Plan
• Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
• Other projects and duties as assigned
• Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
• General End-of-day Cleaning Duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
• No criminal background.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.
