Position: Part-Time – Evening Hours
Pay: $22.00–$32.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Work Location: In person

Kind Nest Academy is seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children in home and community settings.

This is a part-time position primarily for afternoon and evening hours.

• Safety equipment providedResponsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Participate in training and supervision
• Maintain professional communication with families and the clinical team

Qualifications

• Afternoon/evening availability required
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 40-hour ABA training certificate (Required)
• TB test or chest X-ray documentation (Required)
• CPR/First Aid certification (Required)
• Active RBT certification for RBT applicants
• 1 year of ABA experience (Preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to commute to clients in the Manassas, VA 20109 area

Education:

• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• 40-hour ABA training certificate (Required)
