Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide direct behavioral intervention to children ages 2 and up. By joining our team, you will directly impact the lives of the clients we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral treatment in the home environment
• Teach communication, social, and self-care skills
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Communicate client progress to parents and caregivers as instructed
• Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and Live Scan
• Flexible availability, including afternoons and evenings
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move on and off the floor as required to work with clients, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willingness to maintain CPR and First Aid certification
• Legal right to work in the United States
