Our commitment when a client cancels

We understand that last-minute cancellations can be frustrating for RBTs.

When an eligible client cancels the same day and another session is not available, Pathways provides up to 1 hour of paid administrative time at $15/hour for approved Pathways activities.

We don't want you to feel that your time is unimportant just because a family had to cancel.

What you'll do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, independence, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate and timely session data
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs
• Communicate respectfully with parents and caregivers
• Collaborate closely with the BCBA and clinical team
• Help children generalize skills across everyday environments
• Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment

Who we're looking for

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable and professional
• Comfortable working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

RBT certification is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

If you have experience working with children or in education, special education, psychology, early childhood, or a related field, we may be able to help you get started in ABA.
