Join a Team Where Science Meets Heart
Overview
At Behavior One, we believe that changing a child's life starts with investing in the people who support them.
We're not just looking for experienced RBTs, we're looking for compassionate, energetic, growth-minded people who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
Whether you're already an RBT or have never worked in the field, we'd love to meet you.
No prior experience required. Seriously!
If you're someone who enjoys helping others, loves learning new things, and wants a career that is both meaningful and exciting, we'll provide the training, support, mentorship, and encouragement you need to succeed. We will even help you earn your RBT certification if you aren't certified yet.
At Behavior One, we combine evidence-based science with creativity, curiosity, and fun. We celebrate wins, embrace learning, support one another, and create an environment where both our clients and our team members can thrive.
If the idea of joining a company that's a little bit passionate, a little bit nerdy, and fully committed to helping people grow sounds exciting, then you might be exactly who we're looking for!
Responsibilities
As an RBT, you'll work directly with children with autism to help them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Every day brings new opportunities to make a lasting impact.

- Teach communication, social, play, and independence skills through engaging activities
- Collect data and track client progress using evidence-based practices
- Celebrate milestones, big and small
- Collaborate with a supportive team of BCBAs and fellow technicians
- Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing training, mentorship, and development opportunities
Experience
No Experience? No Problem!
Many of our best team members started with absolutely no prior ABA experience. We are proud to provide:
- Paid training
- RBT certification preparation and support
- Ongoing mentorship
- Regular professional development opportunities
- Structured onboarding designed to help you feel confident from day one
Experience working with children, education, childcare, psychology, healthcare, special education, customer service, or human services is a plus, but it is not required.
