Opportunity Knocks is hiring for our Middle Tennessee-based ABA therapy company serving children diagnosed with autism and their families. Our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that is child-centered, family-focused, and designed to meet the unique needs of each child we serve. As a local, owner-operated company we are here, we care, and we are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families in Middle Tennessee. Our company is growing and we support and encourage our staff to grow along with us.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team in a full-time RBT position in the Dickson area. This is a consistent, recurring schedule with one client in the home setting, Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm. The anticipated start date is October 12, 2026.
Pay is $27.00 per hour for direct client time and $18.00 per hour for indirect time such as documentation, training, and team meetings. Paid drive time between clients. Paid time off, 401(k), and health benefits are available to eligible employees.
Additional part-time and full-time RBT positions in the greater Nashville area are also available.
You will deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the child's home under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with a caregiver present.
What you will do
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA support and supervision
- Collect and record accurate session data daily
- Foster skill development and behavior-reduction goals
- Display professionalism and maintain positive rapport with clients and families
