Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Overview:

**This position is for part time morning/afternoon hours in clinic Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-3pm (24 hours/week ).

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team.! The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and possess knowledge of and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Duties:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Previous experience in behavioral therapy or behavioral health settings
• Ability to maintain accurate records

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Understanding of care plans and their implementation
• Proficiency in data collection and documentation
• Prior experience in patient care or related fields
