Position Overview

As a member of The Difference Is You team, you are responsible for representing our mission and values while providing high-quality, ethical, and individualized services to our clients and families. Team members are expected to work collaboratively with supervisors, caregivers, fellow employees, and other professionals while maintaining the standards established by the company and applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized support to every client.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, families, coworkers, caregivers, schools, and community partners.
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions, meetings, trainings, and other assigned responsibilities.
• Follow individualized treatment plans, behavior protocols, clinical recommendations, and supervisory feedback as written and trained.
• Collect accurate and timely data and complete all required documentation according to company, clinical, and payer requirements.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with supervisors and appropriate team members.
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and safety at all times.
• Accept and implement feedback from supervisors and demonstrate continued growth in clinical and professional skills.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team while remaining within the boundaries of the employee’s assigned role and scope of practice.
• Demonstrate flexibility as client needs, treatment priorities, environments, and schedules change.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, caregivers, coworkers, and community partners.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including expectations related to communication, attendance, technology, documentation, confidentiality, and workplace conduct.
• Immediately communicate concerns related to client safety, treatment integrity, ethical concerns, significant behavioral changes, or barriers to providing effective services.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by treating others with respect and recognizing that every team member contributes to our collective success.

Pay: $18.50 - $21.25 per hour
