You will play a vital role in helping clients develop essential skills, improve behavior management, and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies tailored to each client’s personalized care plan.
- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Support clients during therapy sessions by applying principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians and team members to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and goal achievement.
- Partner with families and caregivers to support consistent implementation of treatment strategies, promote skill generalization, and help clients achieve meaningful goals across home and community settings.
- Foster a positive, engaging environment that encourages learning, independence, and emotional well-being for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), is essential.
- Experience in special education or teaching roles can enhance your effectiveness in this position.
- Strong understanding of behavior management strategies and data collection methods is required.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification is necessary; ongoing training or coursework related to behavioral health is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach are vital for building trusting relationships with clients and their families. Join us to make a meaningful difference! We are committed to supporting your professional development while providing rewarding opportunities to help individuals thrive through compassionate care and innovative behavioral strategies.
