JOB DESCRIPTION: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team with full-time positions available. Flexible schedules include 9:00 AM–3:00 PM making this an excellent opportunity for students currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN RBT AT ABA FAMILY THERAPY:

As an RBT in our clinic, your day will be filled with engaging activities designed to promote growth and development in a fun, dynamic environment. Your day starts with centers, where you’ll guide clients through hands-on activities tailored to their individual needs followed by an interactive circle time that includes singing/dancing. Afterward, you’ll take clients on a refreshing walk, followed by a group activity—either indoors or outdoors—designed to reinforce learning through play. Throughout the day you’ll support clients as you help them develop important life skills by rotating through different rooms each hour to incorporate communication, social, and functional living skills. The day wraps up with a cozy group story time, leaving both clients and staff feeling accomplished and connected. Join us for a fulfilling role where every day is a new opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life.

WHO WE ARE:

ABA Family Therapy is a family-owned business located in Central Florida. Our mission is to support staff, support families, and provide therapy that leads to independence. We believe family is one of the most important aspects of our kiddo’s success; therefore, we require parents to be engaged in monthly parent training sessions to ensure everybody is participating and striving to achieve those daily goals. We’re committed to hiring compassionate, positive, and dedicated staff ready to change lives. We focus on not only transforming the lives of our kiddos but also empowering our team with the training, support, and investment they need to succeed.
