Job Summary:

Aim Higher ABA - LV/IN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children with autism. Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with children with autism to implement specified treatment plans, including behavioral interventions and skill-building strategies
• Collect and record data on patient progress, implementing strategies to improve communication and social skills
• Collaborate with other team members, including board-certified behavior analysts, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide reinforcement and encouragement to patients, promoting a positive and supportive environment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
