Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are seeking Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This is a highly rewarding role for someonewho enjoys working closely with families and making a direct impact every day.

• Morning, afternoon, and/or after school hours
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability and client needs

• Travel: Team members should be comfortable traveling to client homes throughout the Savannah and surrounding areas. We work closely with our team to create schedules that minimize unnecessary travel and provide consistency whenever possible.

Duties

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions accurately and consistently
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care routines
• Support teaching sessions focused on communication, social skills, academic skills, and adaptive behaviors
• Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation and records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce treatment goals and provide guidance on behavior management techniques
• Monitor client safety during sessions, ensuring a secure environment for all participants

Requirements

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and special education principles
• Ability to collect accurate data and maintain detailed medical records using appropriate terminology
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Comfortability with providing in home services
• Strong communication skills to effectively teach and collaborate with clients, families, and team members
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards related to medical documentation
• Compassionate attitude with patience for working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental challenges
