Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with skill acquisition programs, including teaching communication, social, and daily living skills
• Provide support during community outings and social activities
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Experience:

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention strategies effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Please note that this position may require some evening or weekend availability based on client needs.
