Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Eastern Kentucky region. The RBT will works directly with autistic children, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best behavioral therapy services possible.

We are looking for people who have their RBT certification for an in-home position. We intend for this to be a full-time position.

Duties

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies for clients with autism and related disorders.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Assist in the development of care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and patient care.

Requirements

• 18+
• High school diploma
• No previous experience is necessary, however, RBT Training (provided by ABA-LLC) must be completed within 6 months of starting training
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for educating clients and collaborating with team members.
