What You’ll Do:

As an RBT, you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by:

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy services in home and community settings
• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collecting and recording client data using electronic systems (training provided)
• Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and clinical team members
• Participating in supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training

What You Bring:

• Current RBT Certification required
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience OR 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children achieve meaningful progress
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
