Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Exceptional Wellness ABA is looking for compassionate, dedicated, and growth-minded Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team!

Professional Development & BCBA Supervision

For master's-level students working toward BCBA certification, Exceptional Wellness ABA offers the opportunity to receive clinical supervision hours under a qualified BCBA at no cost.

We believe in investing in the professional development of our team and supporting individuals who are working toward the next step in their behavioral health careers.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ABA services to clients under the direction of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior-analytic interventions
• Use assent-based and client-led approaches during therapy
• Respect and respond appropriately to client assent and assent withdrawal
• Collect and document accurate client data
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
• Support clients in developing meaningful skills that promote greater independence and quality of life
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and respectful therapeutic environment
• Participate in ongoing training, feedback, and professional development

What We're Looking For

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

A genuine interest in helping children and families

Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team

Willingness to learn and receive ongoing feedback

Commitment to ethical, respectful, and client-centered care

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to maintain professionalism while remaining flexible to each client's individual needs
