Your Role as a Registered Behavior Technician:

As an RBT, you will provide direct ABA therapy to clients in home, center, and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Collecting data to track progress and effectiveness
• Supporting families in understanding and executing treatment plans
• Ensuring a safe and positive environment for clients
