What they need
We are looking to add compassionate, hardworking, genuine people to our team! As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide individualize treatment to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related diagnosis in their homes, community, school and clinic locations. Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receive ongoing support and training from our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. At Bridges Consultation and Treatment, we strive to maintain a positive and supportive environment for all our employees.
This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion or interest in teaching, caregiving and those with a positive attitude, ready to learn. Previous experience is preferred, not required. We will provide ongoing paid training and company advancement is available. Come grow with us!
