Lotus Forward Behavioral Therapy is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team serving clients in the Warner Robins and Kathleen, Georgia areas.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work directly with clients while receiving ongoing supervision and support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, values consistency and professionalism, and wants to grow with a developing ABA practice.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to assigned clients
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• Teach communication, social, daily living, play, and other functional skills
• Collect accurate data throughout each session
• Complete session notes and required documentation in a timely manner
• Follow behavior intervention and skill acquisition protocols
• Communicate client progress, concerns, and changes to the supervising BCBA
• Build positive and professional relationships with clients and families
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
• Participate in required BCBA supervision, team meetings, and training

Services may be provided in clinic, home, school, and community settings in Warner Robins and Kathleen, GA, depending on each client's needs.

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability and willingness to travel between client locations in Warner Robins and Kathleen
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, professional, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
• Ability to pass required background screening
• Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field is a plus
