DM Behavioral Solutions of Coral Springs, FL is looking to hire a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Are you tired of cancellations eating your paycheck? Do you want a full, stable caseload of 30 or more hours a week? Would you like a BCBA who actually shows up for you? If so, please read on!

Join us in partnering with families to carry out ABA treatment plans that build communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.

Why Work at DM Behavioral Solutions?

  • Competitive Compensation: $20 - $26 per hour, based on your experience, education, and certifications, paid biweekly by direct deposit.
  • Full-Time Stability: Full-time, 30+ hours: school-day and after-school shifts, Monday to Friday. We schedule by neighborhood to keep your drive time down.

  • Real Savings: Free acute medications and up to 80% off other prescriptions at 70,000+ pharmacies, and up to 60% off dental care with 263,000+ dentists, where each family member picks their own dentist.
  • Full-Time Benefits: Full-time team members (30+ hours) may be eligible for health benefits.
  • Supervision: Monthly BCBA supervision and coaching at no cost to you.
  • Career Growth: Career path to Lead RBT and our Student Analyst (RBT to BCBA) program.
  • Mileage: Reimbursed between client locations at the current IRS rate.
  • Impactful Work: Help a child say a first word, make a friend, or get through the day with more independence.

A Day in the Life of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you play an essential role in helping our clients reach their goals. You work one-on-one with children at home, at school, and in the community, delivering kid-centered ABA therapy through games, play, and everyday routines. You follow the treatment plan your BCBA designed, collect data in real time on ABA Matrix, and write a clear session note before you head to your next family. Because we build your caseload around your availability and your neighborhood, your schedule works for you.

You are never on your own. Your BCBA visits your sessions every month to coach you in the moment, answer your questions, and celebrate the wins with you. Each day brings new challenges and new breakthroughs, like a first word, a calm transition, or a caregiver who thanks you by name, and you find real fulfillment in knowing your work changes a child’s life.

What Would You Be Doing?

  • Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Teaches communication, social, play, and daily living skills through play-based and naturalistic ABA.
  • Collects accurate data in real time and completes session notes in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
  • Responds to challenging behavior using the strategies in the behavior plan.
  • Checks in and out of every session at the point of care.
  • Communicates professionally with caregivers, BCBAs, and the treatment team.
  • Participates in monthly supervision and ongoing training.
  • Maintains client confidentiality and follows DM policies and the RBT Ethics Code.

What Do You Bring to the Role?

  • Certification: Current RBT certification (required for this position).
  • Transportation: Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
  • Technology: A tablet or laptop for session notes.
  • Background: Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
  • Experience: Six months of ABA experience is preferred.
  • Passion for Children: A genuine love for working with kids and families.
  • Positive Attitude: Patience, reliability, and strong communication with families and teammates.

Experience with children with autism is a plus, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Are you patient, dependable, and playful? Are you organized and attentive to detail? Do you communicate well with families? Do you work well both independently and as part of a team? If so, you might just be perfect for this position in ABA therapy!

Physical Requirements:

This role involves working in homes, schools, and community settings, occasionally lifting or moving up to 30 lbs., sitting on the floor, bending, kneeling, and engaging in active play for extended periods. Travel between client locations is required.
