Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full Time

Embrace ABA & Social Center is seeking dependable, compassionate, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in clinic and school settings.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic and school environments.
• Teach communication, social, play, academic-readiness, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and reinforcement strategies.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes in a timely manner.
• Support classroom participation, transitions, and independence.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional environment.
• Communicate client progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Follow agency policies, confidentiality requirements, and BACB ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
• Ability to accept feedback and implement clinical instructions.
