Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Level One

Clinic Based Behavior Technician: Level One

40-hour RBT training provided. On the job training provided prior to working with clients.

Duties:

• Implement individualized treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Conduct natural environment teaching and other evidence-based practices
• Provide support and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective treatment

-Complete office duties as directed by BCBA.

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping others

Behavior Spot is open Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:30 pm. Behavior Spot is closed 12:30-1:30 daily for lunch. Close on Fridays at 3:30.
