The Buddy Center is seeking Part-Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team in Greenville. We're looking for compassionate, dependable RBTs who enjoy working with children and teens and want to be part of an ABA organization where clinical quality, teamwork, and employee development matter. At The Buddy Center, RBTs aren't expected to figure things out on their own. You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing BCBA support, monthly training, and opportunities to continue developing your clinical skills.

What You'll Do:

As an RBT, you'll work directly with learners while implementing individualized treatment programs developed and supervised by a BCBA. Responsibilities include:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic, home, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment programs under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavior-replacement skills
• Collect accurate clinical data and complete timely session documentation
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with learners
• Participate in supervision, clinical training, and team meetings
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, BCBAs, and other team members
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and follow clinical, ethical, and company standards

You'll receive structured onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical support to help you feel confident and successful in your role.

Who We're Looking For:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience supporting children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, professional, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and participate in ongoing training
• Reliable transportation for home and community-based services

SchedulePart-Time | Afternoons, Evenings & WeekendsWe're particularly interested in RBTs available:

• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Weekends

Schedules are developed based on client needs, employee availability, and scheduling compatibility. Consistent afternoon, evening, and weekend availability may provide additional opportunities for hours.

Compensation RBT: $20.00–$24.00/hour, based on experience

Premium Pay: +$1.00/hour for qualifying sessions after 6:00 PM, weekend sessions, or sessions requiring a second language. Eligible employees also receive paid drive time and mileage reimbursement when traveling between client locations in accordance with company policy.

• At The Buddy Center's Greenville clinic
