No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Pediatric Therapy Center.

We are a collaborative, outpatient pediatric therapy clinic built on one guiding principle: do what is best for the child — always.

Our team-based model brings together ABA, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy professionals to create integrated treatment plans that maximize progress and long-term success. Every decision we make centers on children's needs, and every discipline works together to support the whole child.

What You'll Do

As an RBT at No Stone Unturned, you will:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with integrity and consistency.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Collect meaningful data to support treatment decisions.
• Assist in client assessments and treatment plan development under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborative planning.
• Support caregiver training with guidance from supervisors.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation.
• Track and maintain RBT supervision hours.
• Follow BACB ethical guidelines and clinic policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities.
