Registered Branch Pharmacist

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medicines, excellent customer service, proper inventory management, and compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately and provide proper patient/customer counseling.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company SOPs.
• Monitor inventory, expiry dates, storage conditions, and product availability.
• Ensure proper documentation, dispensing records, and issuance of official receipts.
• Supervise and guide pharmacy assistants in daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper pharmacy standards.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and pharmacy-related issues.
• Support branch sales and operational goals while maintaining professional and ethical pharmacy practices.

About you

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) with a valid PRC license.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and team-oriented.
