Registered Chemist

The Chemist is responsible for:

• Ensuring that goods produced adhere to established quality standards.
• Observing and checking raw materials and finished goods for visible defects; performing various tests on samples drawn; and documenting observations.
• Accepting or rejecting lots based on sample inspection; assisting in the implementation of quality control programs; and assisting in the preparation of training manuals and quality guidelines.
• Conducting physico-chemical tests based on laboratory procedures and quality plans for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
• Conducting inspections and quality checks within the production plant.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry.
• Must be a Registered Chemist .
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; at least 1 year of QA experience is an advantage .
• Preferably knowledgeable in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), GMP, HACCP, and ISO 17025 .
• Must be able to work and sustain productivity in a hot/cold working environment .
• Must be amenable to working on shifting schedules in Calamba, Laguna .
