Registered Civil Engineer (Biñan)

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience (required)

Training: At least 8 hours of relevant training

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Thursdays (7 AM - 6 PM)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical evaluation of properties in accordance with Area/Division's systems, procedures, and program terms and policies;
• Conduct site inspection, verification of title, property's land use and appraisal of properties for acquisition thru CMP;
• Gathers and analyses general and specific data necessary in the preparation of appraisal report;
• Prepares site inspection, title verification, appraisal, project accomplishments, and compliance reports;
• Checks a) the property boundaries and configuration thru plotting, b)the accuracy of the technical description inscribed in the TCT, c) the approved subdivision plan, and d) the total land area;
• Identifies issues/bottlenecks encountered in the evaluation/appraisal process;
• Canvasses prices of construction materials;
• Monitors projects' accomplishment for site development and house construction and the performance of CPM; and
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
