Registered Civil Engineer

Educational Background and Major Requirements

(1) Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with relevant majors in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or similar disciplines are preferred;

(2) Candidates holding civil engineering registration qualifications and with long-term experience in civil engineering technical management are preferred.

Language Requirements

(1) Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred；

(2) Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to independently review English construction method statements, construction drawings, and technical documents.

Position Qualifications and Certification Requirements

(1) Hold a valid Indonesian Registration Certificate (STR) and Construction Competency Certificate (SKK Konstruksi). The SKK certification discipline must correspond to the position responsibilities; Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Structural Engineering disciplines are preferred;

(2) Qualification level must be Intermediate Engineer (Ahli Madya, KKNI Level 8) or above.

Work Experience Requirements

(1) At least 5 years of project technical management experience;

(2) Previous experience as a project civil engineer;

(3) Familiar with Indonesian construction project management regulations and relevant SNI technical standards;

(4) Experience on public buildings, industrial plants, data centres, or similar projects is preferred;

(5) Project experience with Chinese-invested enterprises is preferred.

Professional Competency Requirements

(1) Able to review civil engineering technical documentation, including construction organisation design, task-specific construction method statements, technical briefings, and related technical data, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and project technical standards;

(2) Capable of reviewing civil works method statements and technical documents involving significant engineering risks or professional technical liability and, in accordance with the project contract, Employer requirements, and company authorisation, completing the relevant technical review, approval, or signing responsibilities;

(3) Familiar with management procedures for construction drawings, design changes, and site technical issues, and able to coordinate with design institutes, consultants, the Employer, and contractors to resolve civil engineering technical issues;

(4) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
