About the role

Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. Ensure all structural and civil engineering works comply with local building codes, National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP), safety regulations, and structural plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Ensure all structural and civil engineering works comply with local building codes, National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP), safety regulations, and structural plans
• Perform routine inspections, material sampling, and quality control checks; resolve technical site queries and structural discrepancies quickly
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, architects, clients, and local government units (LGUs) for permits and clearances
• Prepare daily site reports, progress billing documentation, change orders, cost estimates, and updated project timelines

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer (PRC License holder)
• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in site supervision, structural project execution, or construction management (commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS Office, and structural modeling software (e.g., STAAD.Pro or SAP2000)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, site management, and communication skills in English and Tagalog
