Registered Client Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Registered Client Associate to support financial advisors and assist with the day-to-day servicing of client accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in the financial services industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors and their clients.
• Assist with account openings, transfers, maintenance, and documentation.
• Process client requests, transactions, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues.
• Support advisors with daily operations and overall client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and Series 63 and Series 65, or Series 66 licenses required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Previous experience in a registered client associate, client service, or financial services support role preferred.
• Knowledge of brokerage operations, investment products, and client account procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
