Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, ensuring clear understanding of their needs and concerns
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
• Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and other insurance-related questions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Follow up with clients as needed to ensure ongoing support and relationship building
• Stay informed about insurance products and agency updates to provide accurate information to clients

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within an insurance agency or related industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle phone interactions professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client satisfaction is preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
